Our story

Duri Construction was founded in 1992 by Jim Duri with the goal of designing and building premium custom homes with absolute care and attention to detail. Duri homes that were built 27 years ago continue to endure maintenance free to this day, which is a testament to the quality workmanship that has been the cornerstone of Duri Construction since day one.

Our mission is to create extraordinary homes and provide exceptional customer service for our clients.

Duri Construction is a family owned and operated business.

Jim Duri

President/CEO

Jim Duri is a Civil Engineer Technologist and has been designing and building custom homes since 1992. Jim's passion for construction started at a young age watching his father who was a bricklayer by trade. His passion for construction grew into a life long career that continues on to today. Jim is personally involved in every project and can often be found on job sites ensuring that every aspect of construction and workmanship is being completed to the highest standards.

Mario Duri

Site Foreman

Mario Duri is a Civil Engineer Technologist and has experience working with one of the largest contracting company's in Canada. Mario shares the same passion for construction as his father and grandfather before him. Mario has been involved in all aspects of both residential and commercial construction and brings a young modern perspective into a constantly evolving industry. Mario is committed to continue building quality custom homes and is helping make Duri Construction one of the leading builders in Essex County.
